Founders Approach ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website www.foundersapproach.com (the "Site"). We are based in Baltimore, Maryland, USA. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We've tried to keep it simple because our Site is simple: it's an informational website with no user accounts or sign-ups.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect two kinds of information:
- Information you give us through our contact form. If you choose to reach out, we collect your name, email address, and the reason for contacting us. Providing this is entirely voluntary.
- Information collected automatically through analytics. Like most websites, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or advertising profiles.
HOW YOUR INFORMATION IS SHARED
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only with the service providers that help us run the Site, and only as needed for them to provide their services:
- DigitalOcean - hosting and email delivery. Contact form messages are transmitted and stored through our server infrastructure hosted with DigitalOcean.
- Payload CMS - the platform we use to build and manage our Site. Contact form submissions may be visible within this tool, but the provider does not use them.
- Google Analytics - website analytics, as described above.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
DATA RETENTION
We keep contact form submissions only as long as needed to respond to you and for our reasonable business records. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' standard retention settings.
YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS
You can always decline to use the contact form, decline non-essential cookies through our banner, or ask us to delete a message you've sent. To make any request, email us at info@foundersapproach.com.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, to request access to or deletion of that information, to correct inaccurate information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Our Site is accessible worldwide, and our servers and operations are located in the United States.
